I like hats. I also like masks, almost in the equal sense. Yay symbolism.

Ha. So I started this thing in mid-April. This was originally a 22nd birfday present for my dear friend, :iconysa:, but since my computer was being evaluated during that time, I failed to complete it. LOL WHAT A LAME-BUTT EXCUSE. :XD: (I guess it could be an early-graduation present?) Eh? 8D

Ehh...left to right: Luc, Veronthax, Ysa Alion, and Athos. (=Ysa) Those three peoples belong to her, and they are characters in her story, Bushido. Hope you like it, Mlle. ;)

This is categorized under 'digital', because of the many changes, and intense restoration it went through, though originally, I had used traditional media.

I've kind of improved a bit (just a bit!) over the past couple months, like, I'm learning how to relax and bend the human form with more ease, so this thing marked the beginning of that.

Critique, please. I'd like to read what you peoples have to say, point out things I need to fix, things you find a little odd, or even those litte quirks that you like. :) And be honest, too.

I think the only critique I'd give is that the girl on the very end, on the right? Her boobs look a little high. But besides that, I think this is fabulous!

Wow...this is gorgeous!

As far as critique, I think that the colors are a bit "imbalanced". There is a lot of warm on the right and a lot of cool on the left. I think if you had mixed warm and cool together a bit more, the picture would look better.

Again, nice job!

Yes. That was actually intentional, I tried to pick out colors that would reflect the characters' personalities a bit more, but now that you've mentioned it, I shall take not of that and mix things up a bit. ;)

wow, took me a while to find the people's faces and all but that's amazing and so full of fancy, detailed lines X' D

my critique, though it took me a while to find, is that i think that, even tho your people look good and your style of clothes is amazing, i think you need a little more contrast of some sort between the people cause its hard to find what starts and what ends, by color or use of lines, whatever :' -

Ooh, very cool. Your work is always so beautiful and full of color! :D

My only critiques are the cool - warm color imbalance (though I didn't notice that at first), and how there isn't enough definition, so to speak, between people. It's hard to tell who's who and who's wearing what unless you look at it for a little bit.

But otherwise, it looks fantastic! I'm sure :iconysa: will love it and you did an awesome job. :icongreatjobplz:

:wow: it's really gorgeous, all the details and colours are so overwhelming!!! I love your special sense of costume design, it's so unique and of course your hats, no one can beat them!!!! CLOCKS so many!!! I love them! (I use a lot of ! in this story don't I?) I can stare for hours at this pic and still see new things, you are a really great artist and I so appreciate it you drew my characters in your totally unique way! It's such an excllent late (or early XD) present!!!! :hug:

Ahhhh...one of my friends said the same thing-when I was getting to 3/4 finished, they said that it was starting to become a bit difficult to tell which body parts belonged to who. XDDD And the funny thing was, I totally agreed.
